1. Return and Refund
Customers must keep the products in original condition as just received, brand new, No any damage if he/she wants to return it back. Thank you!
If customers are not satisfied with the product received, Ebony Lace Wig gladly offer return and exchange for you within 7 days, and customer must keep products as he/she received, which include products unworn, unwashed, lace uncut and everything in original condition. We will check the products condition when receive it, and arrange refund if everything is brand new as we shipped out.
2. Exchange products
If the products you received not suit you very well, no matter hair length or cap size, we offer exchange service if customer keep the products in original condition. Contact us and send pictures of the products, after service team confirm products condition is brand new as we shipped out, then will offer exchange service for you. Customer needs to pay for shipping if products are right as original orders. Please kindly understand it, thank you!
3. Cancel Orders
For the products we have in stock, customers can cancel the order within 12 hours after the order. Ebony Lace Wig have a large stock of hair products, stock orders usually shipped out within 1 days, so if you cancel the order too late, we already shipped the products out, then the order cannot be cancelled.
For custom orders we have not in stock, customer can cancel the order FREELY within 24 hours after his/her order.
After 24 hours, custom order cannot be cancelled FREE.
